We had started hunting for the elusive fountain of youth from the very time initial. If the Greeks were using olive oil and honey for the beautiful body and avoiding too much sun to protect the skin lustre. Ancient India was also not behind. We were using rose water, sandalwood, milk and turmeric for skin health and practising yoga for the perpetual youthfulness. Unlike then known countries we had a different diet pattern as well, something that is named as Intermittent fasting by the genre of today.
